Orders submitted and paid before 12pm PST are generally dispatched the same business day, otherwise order will ship on the following business day. Excludes weekends, holidays or other business closures. Some special order items may require additional handling time. Please contact us with any special shipping requests or delivery instructions including signature confirmations or delayed shipments.
Shipping fees include handling and packing fees as well as postage costs. Handling fees are fixed, whereas transport fees vary according to total weight of the shipment. We advise you to group your items in one order. We cannot distinguish two orders placed separately, and shipping fees will apply to each of them. Your package will be dispatched at your own risk, but special care is taken to protect fragile objects.
Boxes are amply sized and your items are well-protected based on the product type and its specific packaging needs.
